Delete your Fawra account

This page is for deleting your account in the Fawra game, developed by the Fawra team.

In the game

1. Open Fawra and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap “Delete account” and confirm.

The account is deleted immediately.

If you cannot sign in

Send a request with the form below, using your 9-digit player code and a contact email. We verify that you own the account, then delete it within 30 days; sending the request alone does not delete the account. Do not send your password or payment details.

What is deleted

Your account, name, username, password, player number, progress, rank, friends, requests, invites, clan membership, block list and notification registration.

What we keep, and for how long

• Purchase and coin-ledger records, unlinked from your account, for as long as accounting and fraud prevention require.
• Moderation reports and decisions, without a link to the account, for safety.
• The player code and contact email on the deletion request, only until the request is resolved.
• Backups are deleted automatically after 14 days.

Coins, gems and VIP time are not refunded after deletion. Questions: fawra.support@gmail.com
